Returns and Exchanges Because every item at The Haard is customized and crafted specifically for your order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect sizes ordered by the customer. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items We take immense pride in our quality and packaging, but if your product arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, we will fix it immediately.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund in these rare cases:
